2. Quality Care & Preparation

Once an item is sourced, it goes through a thorough cleaning process. We make sure every piece is fresh and ready to wear. We then prepare the clothes for photoshoots, where we take the time to hang or lay out items just right. During this stage, we also take note of any imperfections, size details, and get a feel for how the clothing fits so we can share that insight with you.

3. The Photoshoot

We shoot every item ourselves, capturing the real look and feel of the clothes. We try things on, assess how they fit, and provide as much detail as possible to help you make confident purchases. What you see is truly what you get!

4. Listing & Launch

With all the details in hand, we upload the items to our site. We make sure descriptions are accurate, sizes are clear, and any imperfections are noted. Then, it’s game time—items go live on our site, ready for you to snag before someone else does!

5. When You Order

When you make a purchase, the magic continues. We sanitize your items once more, ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible. Each package is prepped with care—we hand-write a personalized note, customize the box (if your box looks strange, it’s because we use recycled boxes!) with our unique stamps, and neatly pack your order in tissue paper.

6. Shipping with Love

We ship out orders on the next available business day. You’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your thrifted treasure right to your door. And remember, with every order, we plant three trees and remove five pieces of plastic from the ocean—shopping with us makes a real difference!
